I primarily teach at The Lodge at Woodloch and at Flourish Body + Soul.

Flourish Body + Soul Classes:

Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30pm
Strengthen + Restore Yoga

After a long work day, how about rejuvenating with a combo class of challenging Vinyasa flow, then a wind-down with Restorative Yoga? This class will include 60 minutes of invigorating, muscle-activating slow flow Vinyasa and 15 minutes of meditative Restorative Yoga. This class will also be incorporating candles and other lunar-driven techniques to relax your nervous system and keep it ready for an amazing night’s sleep despite the workout you’ll receive. **These classes are done in a series, with every month focusing on a different pose/theme.**
