Classes

I primarily teach there at Flourish Body + Soul and Upstate Row. You can check out the class schedules, sign up, and register for classes on each of their sites. You can also find each of these studios on the MindBody app, which lets you conveniently see the schedule and sign up for classes on your phone.

Flourish Body + Soul Classes:

Tuesdays, 7:45-9:00pm
Strengthen + Restore Yoga

After a long work day, how about rejuvenating with a combo class of challenging Vinyasa flow, then a wind-down with Restorative Yoga? This class will include 60 minutes of invigorating, muscle-activating slow flow Vinyasa and 15 minutes of meditative Restorative Yoga. This class will also be incorporating candles and other lunar-driven techniques to relax your nervous system and keep it ready for an amazing night’s sleep despite the workout you’ll receive. **These classes are done in a series, with every month focusing on a different pose/theme.**

Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm
Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Are you frazzled, stressed, depressed, or just plain tired? Restorative Yoga is for you. It’s a form of yoga that helps you learn to calm your nervous system down so that you can fully relax and come into a place of stillness, peace, and rest. Using props for each pose in the light of a myriad of candles, you will melt into a state of tranquility. RY is also the perfect practice of yoga for the active, fit person who needs to reclaim balance in their bodies so that they don’t overly stress their nervous system with higher intensity fitness.

Upstate Row Classes:

Row + Flow 
Tuesdays at 6:30pm & Thursdays at 6:15pm

Come in for a 40-minute heart-pumping strength and endurance training led by one of Upstate Row’s fitness trainers, then stay for a 20-minute yoga cool down led by Teryn O’Brien. The fitness routine will encompass a variety of interval training techniques, and the yoga will be gentle stretching and a bit of restorative yoga at the very end for a completely relaxing moment after a hard workout. Tuesdays are upper body focused, Thursdays are lower body focused.
